Frequently asked questions – car rental in Olomouc
At our car rental, we usually require two valid documents, most commonly an ID card or passport and a driving licence. Please have them ready at pickup.
The minimum rental period in Olomouc is 4 days. Our car rental charges in 24-hour blocks.
Vehicle pickup and return take place on weekdays from Monday to Friday between 09:30–16:30. Weekend handovers are possible by prior agreement for longer rentals.
After the agreed return time, a contractual surcharge of 100 CZK per started hour is charged. If you are delayed, please contact us in advance.
The car must be returned clean and washed, in a similar condition as at pickup. Fuel level must not be lower than at handover.
We currently do not rent vehicles for travel abroad. If an individual written exception is granted, the renter must arrange roadside assistance or additional insurance covering repatriation of the vehicle to the Czech Republic before departure.
