Below is a practical summary of the most important rental information. The legally binding wording is always stated in the rental agreement and on the Rental terms page.
We usually require two valid documents, most commonly an ID card or passport and a driving licence. Please have them ready at pickup.
The minimum rental period is 4 days. The rental is charged in 24-hour blocks.
Vehicle pickup and return take place on weekdays from Monday to Friday between 09:30–16:30. Weekend handovers are possible by prior agreement for longer rentals.
After the agreed return time, a contractual surcharge of 100 CZK per started hour is charged. If you are delayed, please contact us in advance.
The car must be returned clean and washed, in a similar condition as at pickup. Fuel level must not be lower than at handover.
Trips abroad are possible only to a limited extent and always by prior agreement. The renter must arrange roadside assistance or insurance including repatriation to the Czech Republic.
The deposit and estimated rental price are paid at pickup. The insurance excess is usually 10%, with a minimum of 10,000 CZK, depending on the vehicle.
In case of an accident or damage, stop immediately, secure the scene and contact the police. Take photos and inform us as soon as possible.
If the wrong fuel is used, the entire deposit is forfeited and the renter covers all repair and downtime costs.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Animals are allowed only by prior agreement.
All fines and penalties incurred during the rental are paid by the renter. During the rental period, the renter is considered the vehicle operator.
By prior agreement, the vehicle can be returned at another Car Rental 001 branch. An individual fee may apply depending on distance and arrangements.

In Olomouc we offer modern passenger cars, automatic vehicles, SUVs and minibuses for 7–9 people. All cars are regularly serviced, clean and ready to go. Most vehicles come with unlimited mileage, exact terms are confirmed during booking.

Yes, by prior agreement it is possible to pick up or return the vehicle outside standard opening hours. We try to be flexible whenever possible.
We primarily accept cash payments. Depending on the situation, bank transfer can also be arranged by prior agreement.
Many vehicles include a motorway vignette valid for the Czech Republic. Exact information is confirmed for the selected car during booking.
